In addition to the lack of scarring, this method also means that you can recover more quickly and with reliably excellent results. Recovery time decreases with less invasive procedures, so you will spend less time away from work and your busy life. Dr. Vitolo’s rhinoplasties typically take one and a half to two hours to complete. 

How Long Will Rhinoplasty Recovery Take?

Immediately after surgery, you will have a supportive cast placed on your nose to help protect and support it during the first few days of the recovery process. You will get your first good look at your results about five days later during your follow-up visit when Dr. Vitolo will remove the cast. While you can see results as soon as the cast comes off, full results may take several months to develop.

Recovery from a rhinoplasty with Dr. Vitolo depends on his recommendations and how you feel. You will wear the cast for five days, but you may go back to work before this if you feel up to it. Dr. Vitolo will work with you to create a plan for when you will resume your regular activities. You should be able to go about most of your normal routine with minimal disruption during your recovery.
