An eyelid lift can be a stand-alone procedure or it can be included as part of a facelift.  For most patients, eyelid surgery is usually needed before a facelift.  Most patients will need eyelid surgery in their thirties to mid-fifties, however, dr Vitolo has performed scarless eyelid fat removal in patients as young as their early twenties!

Scarless eyelid surgery removes the “bulging fat bags” under the eyes. If the patient also has excess eyelid skin in the upper and lower eyelids, this can be corrected with the use of a laser at the same time and there is still no scar!
